BIO:
True Silverheels is a Child of Gaia belonging to
New York's Sept of the Hand of Gaia. He is a ruggedly handsome,
vigorous man. He has boundless reserves of energy and often
applies them to the hedonistic pleasures that New York's
Children of Gaia are tolerant of.

True Silverheels is the advisor and assistant of Pearl River,
leader of New York's Children ofGaia, True confers with Pearl River
and then carries out the tribal policies that she institutes.
Because he is the most visible symbol of tribal power, many Garou
of other tribes think he is in charge, just as white settlers of
what became New York thought that native tribes had only male chiefs;
they only saw men carrying out policy.

True is well connected in local towns and helped Rochester institute
its ground-breaking health care plan. He also helps Loba Carcassone,
Silver Fang protectress, find safe places for human children through
the Heaven network an underground railroad that assists children
escaping abusive families.

In the War of the Apocalypse, True seeks to unify the tribes
so that they may fight the Wyrm together. Because many outsiders perceive
him to be the leader of New York's Children of Gaia, it will fall to him
to act as moderator in reconciling the tribes' differences.
If unification is to succeed, the Childen of Gaia may have to change their
traditions of leadership and place True above Pearl River.
Certainly the Children would understand the necessity of such
an action, but that might mean the Wyrm has ultimately won by
undoing Garou traditions.
